SB 330 (Skinner): The much-needed streamlining and clarification offered by SB 330 will help ensure homes for more Californians. AB 1486 (Ting): Transforming unused public land into more affordable housing should be a no brainer, but AB 1486 still needs your support. AB 1487 (Chiu): The housing entity "Housing Alliance for the Bay Area" (HABA) that AB 1487 creates provides tools at the regional level that the Bay Area desperately needs to create more homes. The commission's approval/support of these bills represents an important next step.
